I recently inherited a stoeger competition combo and am looking at installing a gra-coil recoil reduction system on it. Has anyone had any experience installing one of these units, and were you satisfied with how the unit works, does it have a noticeable difference in the felt recoil?

Thanks in advance,
BWB

I have a Gracoil on my CG Impact and just installed a SPS on my CG Summit.
They both work as advertised and reduce felt recoil greatly. I do not see or feel much difference except in my wallet. The SPS was $60 less with the LOP standard. I would suggest you have it installed by a professional as you need to use specialized tools to install it correctly.

I have a couple GraCoil's on a Beretta and a couple K-Guns, I am very happy with them. I also have a couple I've bought with Soft-Touch's on them, and I don't like them as well due to the mushy feeling when mounting. There may be some adjustment to the Soft Touch, but I have not investigated further. I also have a RAD II on my K80 and it feels very similar to a GraCoil....I can't feel a noticeable difference at least.

I'll have to try the SPS version on my next one.
