Why is there very limited availability of New/used Browning CSX &Maxus Golden Clays Shotguns?

Very few Maxus Golden Clays Sporting for sale and the few available are priced at $2000. No used ones for sale anywhere.
Has Browning quit producing these guns? I know Browning says the Maple is no longer in production
Have not been able to locate a used CSX anywhere. Scarcer than hens teeth.

Was a decent looking cxt on GB yesterday, I thinking of purchasing but the seller would never respond to multiple emails, looks like he sold it to someone else though

I would have to imagine a golden clays maxus would be about the lost priority item for Browning to produce.

With COVID taking up the last 12 months, I'm sure they are focusing on much more in-demand items...

Oddly enough there is a used one at a gun shop near me. Frank's guns in Amsterdam NY

I just sold a Golden Clays Maxus to my local gunshop. It has a soft touch on it. They are asking $1800 for it. PM me if you want the location.
