I can attest Tri-Star's customer service is 5 stars out of 5. My experience with Perazzi customer support is good, too.

Look, poor Ram Rod has been given the unbearble task of carrying for docbombay and King Tron, both MIA. He has some pretty big shoes to fill, times 2.plus his own workload.

He is doing the best he can, so have patience with him, help him out if possible.

 

Should have started this thread in 2024 - a bit late to try and get post of the year for 2023.

 

Tristar will probably last 10k rounds, Perazzi will last 100k+ rounds. I’d say they are pretty close to equal 😳

 

N4, I put over 40,000 rounds through a 410 Tristar and only issue was a choke tube got stuck which was my fault and returned the barrel to factory and they removed it and replaced all four of the choke tubes. Yes, I know it doesn't hold a candle to a Perazzi for quality but down short sell the Tristars as a lot more shooters can get a start with one. I actually prefer my Beretta's and Benelli's though.
