Wow, what a class of inductees. Randall Cobb is from nearby Alcoa, went on the a great career mostly with Green Bay. Tayshaun played for Tubby at UK, I still remember him knocking 5 three's in a row (I think) against the Tar Heels, then on the NBA. Nora, I had the pleasure to camp next to her for many years at Berea and watched her shoot a ton.

 

Quite the honor, that was well deserved. Her reputation, as a person, precedes her. I hope to have the opportunity to meet her some day.

 

A nice Lady and great coach, I had the pleasure of taking a couple of private lessons from her a few years back. She has a positive outlook and is loved, respected and feared. As Randy noted a few years back at the Silver Dollar as she walked into the club house. She's beaten most these guy's and she not even shooting today.

Nora conducted a clinic this year at the Portland Gun Club. (Since 1913)

Nora was an absolute joy to be around as well as being a true professional. All involved were both impressed and looking forward to another clinic.

Nora was one of most intense, tough competitors to ever pull a trigger. We have some great lady shooters now, but I think they will be chasing Nora's records for a long time. I believe she (or Randy) acknowledged that Nora, over the years, had won the Ladies Trophy for each event during Grand Week. I'm proud to call her and Randy friends.

 

She is top notch! I got a surprise email from her congratulating me on my state class championship. She's an awesome teacher and great person. Congrats!

 

Nora is first class and a super instructor. We have had her at the Flathead Valley Clay Target Club and hopefully her schedule will permit her to come back. She stayed with us and i am honored to be able to call her my friend. Congratulations Nora for an honor well deserved. Big hugs to you and Randy

In addition to being a great shooter, Nora has the mind of a steel trap,she doesn't forget anything.

Edited,didn't see sports HOF.I'm sure the state trap assn has her in already.Great shooter and coach.

 

She's in Kentucky Trapshooting HOF and ATA HOF.
