At the 1851 Great London Exhibition, James Fairman, 68 Jermyn Street showed a "Double cross-eyed gun, for gentlemen who have lost their right eye, to be used from the right shoulder and left eye."

Not a new concept. Heinrich Ebert, Wien/Vienna, c. 1820-1837

I shot a round of Trap with one years ago just to see if it helped my eye dominance. I don't think I could ever get used to it. I shot with a gentleman that had a bad right eye. He made a device like what "GRNTITAN " showed. He did pretty good with it. He tried switching to left side but could not get used to it. The contraption he made worked for him.
