What does it cost you to shoot a round of trap where you shoot? I shot at Prince George Trap Range last Friday and it cost $4.75 a round. I think that is high. That is a $1.25 more than clubs back home in Western Pa. I think the cost of shooting expensive trap rounds is one reason alot of people are not shooting more along with the cost componets.

$3.50 per round.

Every club has it's own cost issues...

Private or public...

Profit or not for profit...

Cost to delivery targets... (full or partial load)

How many shooters support the club each week?

How many targets are not paid for by individual shooters?

Other sources of income... (membership, kitchen, archery, rifle?)

Paid help... (As soon as you pay someone, cost go up)

Paying for machines...

Taxes...

Insurance... (Range, club house, directors insurance, shooters)

Eletrical...

Fuel.... (Heat, lawn mowers, snow machine, grass cutters)

Snow removal...

Other...

If the club is member run, attending a meeting or two will get you up to speed really quick on the income flow of the club, especially the bill paying part.

$3.00 Members with 10 round card/$5.00 nonmember. Looking to raise the cost as targets are now at $7.40 a case and the State of Illinois is raising the minimum wage by a buck an hour. When we figure all our costs into a round of trap we are at $2.80 + a few pennies. Makes paying the bills a little tight.
