This is as close to a unicorn for Belgium Superposed collectors as you will find. It is a 1968 manufactured marvelously figured square knob stock, gold selective trigger, Diana grade wide Broadway Trap rib with two white beads and Browning recoil pad that is still soft, that has NEVER BEEN FIRED.
It is SN: 84xxxS8 manufactured toward the end of the 1968 production run. It is engraved by the premier Belgian FN engraver, Louis Acampo. His signature is clear on the right side of the receiver in picture #7. It has a 30" Broadway Trap rib, a 18.4 bore with fixed chokes of 0.025 bottom and 0.030 on top. It weighs 7 lbs, 12 oz. The stock dims are 1.34x1.45, no palm swell, neutral cast, trap beavertail forearm with finger grooves and a 14 3/8” LOP. It will ship with its original Hartman Browning case with sheepskin in perfect shape.
For those who are interested in details, in 1968 there were 118 Diana Broadway Trap shotguns produced. 1968 was the first year for the "Texacryl" acrylic wood finishing which is a much more durable finish as you can see from the pictures.
