I guess it's starting.
Ordered 10 cases of Gun Clubs last night, order was accepted payment was made.
Checked on the order after reading on AR-15 that BP has quit shipping ammo and sure
enough my order has been canceled.
Just got a email from BP stating that the reason for the canceled order was that they were out of inventory. Sent me a code for a $10.00 discount on my next order.

I ordered 5 flats of GCs on the 7th, and they shipped them out. Interestingly enough, there's tracking information for 10 packages for the 5 flats, so they must be shipping loose individual boxes instead of flats and have repackaged them.

I tried to order some inexpensive Federal target loads yesterday, put the limit in my cart (5 flats), and then went to checkout. When I confirmed the order an error message popped up saying something to the effect that there was insufficient stock and the cart quantity had been reduced to three to reflect stock. I grumbled and confirmed the order again, and this time received a message there was no stock remaining. Didn't charge my card - just nullified my order.

Two lessons; putting something in your cart at Bass Pro means nothing in terms of reserving the item, and if something shows as 'in stock' and can be put in your cart check out immediately before someone else can checkout and beat you to it.

My Herter's shipment from Bass Pro two weeks ago I received one box containing 9 boxes (each box sealed with 2" paper tape) of 25 and a larger box with 21 loose boxes (no paper tape) of 25. At least I got them.

I check each day on the BP site. If it shows availability I order it, There are 4 orders somewhere in the USA that are confirmed on their way to the Bass Pro shop in Atlantic City. They will not ship to my home address due to the last 2A assault by our Governor. They will ship them in my name to the store though. I let them all get in then run down and pick them up. Finally my supply is beginning to build back up. Just have to keep ordering and play the waiting game for the ammo to arrive.

I've looked to place an order for ammo, boots and clothes on Cabela's website and found the items I wanted out of stock. I switched over to the Bass Pro website, submitted order/paid for same "in stock" item only to get an email days later cancelling the order as the item was NOT in stock.

I have also ordered 2 optics from Bass Pro that showed as out of stock on Cabela's website and both arrived within a few days.

The inconsistency is frustrating.

Bass Pro is a joke, they have also dismantled everything about Cabela's. I also heard that they plan on buying out Sportsman's Warehouse.
