There used to be a guy on here named Ron Baker from Minnesota that made barrel stickers. Does anyone have a contact number for him? Thanks, Randy
I watched a Senior shooter take a Perrazi off of the rack, and go shoot with it.... meanwhile the real owner came by and was. frantic over the loss..... the shooter came back and did not even apologize. I could not believe his behavior........ also I had a guy at my club that kept picking my gun up to go shoot with it because he had one similar. .......
Ohhhhh...those barrel stickers. A guy at the club I shoot at also makes those stickers, I thought his prices of $3 ea or 2 for $5 was high until looking at the link you supplied. I can think of more subtle ways of marking my guns for identification; but then I don't have fuzzy dice hanging from my rear view mirror either.I ordered a bunch of barrel stickers from Custom vinyl decals vehicle graphics window sticker - they did really a good job! You can design your own right on their website.
Oh, I hear ya. I know, those are quite expensive but I could not find anything cheaper of what I needed at the time. Also, I didn't order them for myself (I wouldn't put anything on my barrels) - it was for promotional purposes only.Ohhhhh...those barrel stickers. Must have definitely been a trap shooter. That's not typical of a sporting clay shooter.I watched a Senior shooter take a Perrazi off of the rack, and go shoot with it.... meanwhile the real owner came by and was. frantic over the loss..... the shooter came back and did not even apologize. What racks in Elysburg hold 30 guns? All the racks I've seen there won't even hold a dozen. When at PA State shoot and 20-30 guns in a rack, barrel sticker makes for easy identification. I've heard more than one story of the wrong gun walking away.
That is crazy, but at the same time I am not surprised by it. People have no respect for others' property these days and often believe that they are entitled to just helping themselves.I watched a Senior shooter take a Perrazi off of the rack, and go shoot with it.... meanwhile the real owner came by and was. frantic over the loss..... the shooter came back and did not even apologize. I also witnessed a stranger attempt to walk off with a 95% trap gun and leave his 50% unit in it's place. We stopped him but he swore up and down that he did not realize the mistake...... yeah right.
I guess stickers would be useful in these cases. I have noticed more guns in trunks between rounds in the last 3 years.
