I'm guessing you paid by Zelle or Venmo, which are not secure forms of payment. That's the first clue it's a scam. Only pay by credit card or PayPal to businesses and people you don't know.

Funny thing -- the website checkout page says they ONLY take Zelle & Paypal when ordering.

Ya it says that now. But when I ordered they only took cc. I checked my account and they never got any money yet.
