My Springfield XDM-40 with a SureFire light works just fine for me. It fits in the night stand.

All of the above home defense weapons seem to be good choices BUT, how about the devices that will alert you to a home or property invasion?

You might have to eat that bad ass weapon you think will protect you if a real professional or worse yet several enters your house and catches you snoozing.

Interesting video, thanks for sharing.

We've got several home defense weapons stashed around the house & they all say Sig Sauer on them; except my trusty 870 Police Magnum I bought from my cruiser when I retired.

And ADT as well as a couple fur-babies are our "alert system"
