Heat up the pad using hairdryer, not to ruin the stock finish.

Pry the edge of the pad away a little.

Use thin blade knife slide in the gap, work your way through, don't cut the edge of the wood.

Once you get one edge loose as stated above, preferably at the heel, you can use heavy monofilament fishing line or dental floss to work the pad away from the wood.

perazzi pads remove them as soon as possible they shouldn't even put them on their guns worst pad on market put kick ezz pad on g3

 

I took your advice and used a hair dryer to soften the glue. Then used a screwdriver in the stock wrench hole to apply a little leverage. As the glue softened the pad peeled off with no problem. Already have a new kickeez installed.
