I have a 687 EELL stock that cracked. I sent it to beretta and it came back in about a week with a NEW stock and forearm. oz

 

isnt BROWNELL'S doing parts and service for them now?-- i'd call them

 

Was it a new or used gun?

Generally their customer service has sucked as far as turn around time goes but one poster above says they helped him right away

I'm with Gene, their customer service sucks! You would have better luck trading your stock for a couple of goats in Baghdad

 

Used customer service twice in the last 3 years with quick response and no problems.

 

i was just on the beretta usa site-- they now have 4 service centers--see above website

 

I ship guns for repair for customers and I have to keep a log of guns shipped and received and I can tell you that the few that I have to send back are normally back in less than three weeks from date of shipment. The same turn around is true for Benelli and Stoeger. Jackie B.

 

I visited their Accokeek, Maryland sales and service center about 18 months ago and was told by their service manager that they strive for a three-week turnaround unless some obscure part is needed that has to be made in Italy especially for a repair.
