I was looking at a MX 15 with a serial # in the 96XXX. I was wondering is there was anyway to tell the manufature date from that

My MX15 has a S/N in the 97XXX range; the symbol on the barrel indicates a 1996 manufacturing. Someone posted the alpha-symbols on here at one time which indicate the manufacturing date. Best Regards, Ed

I Googled Perazzi Manufacture Date Codes and found a table on a Shotgun World discussion that provides the year of manufacture. See website above. The code on my barrel indicates BH...or 1996. Hope this helps. Regards, Ed
