I followed the link to the Wyoming State information and was greeted by the following message:

As of November 21, 2008, this site is now under construction. Since the start of this website, Joy Trim has volunteered her time and effort to keep this site current. Gary Olson pointed out the fact that she did a very unsatisfactory job of maintaining this site. The WSTA is in the process of hiring a professional firm to keep this site current. In the meantime, if you have a question, feel free to call Gary Olson @ 307-532-4141 as the incorrect/out of date data has been deleted from this site.

This is a poor greeting, is this really the impression your state organization wishes to present?
