OK folks, am I too high on this combo or do I need to go to a dealer for a trade? Let me know if I am out of the ballpark, I'm not in this game very much. Thanks, Mike

Dave T, I don't know if it has anything on Kolar, I do know I can shoot a Perazzi fairly well and I can't shoot the Kolar at all (could be fit, which I have tried to change) and I really dislike the way that it swings and the trigger feel. I have never owned a K80 so thought it might be something to try. My 14 year old son took my perazzi last year and shoots it well, so I think it will be his for at least the next 4 years... I did shoot a K80 the other day and it felt pretty good. It was a Trap special with a pro rib. The unsingle was a bit flippy but the o/u felt good and it had a really nice trigger!!! I got the Kolar because my father in law thinks that they are the best. I have no complaints with the quality but I still can't hit anything with it. That's my story and I'm sure it will change!:):) Mike

Being a Kolar owner, I can't imagine that you can't make the Kolar shoot as you want. The Kolar is a bit heavier, but swings much better, in my estimation, that a lesser weight gun. $7000 is a very good price for this Combo. lol Dale

You may not be aware that the Kolar unsingle has 3 rib options. The pictures of your gun look like the rib that is on it is the flattest shooting of the 3 ribs. I had that rib on my Kolar and actually had to have the target BELOW the barrel to break it. I changed ribs and started shooting in the mid 90's consistently. As far as the triggers, I'm pretty sure the people at Kolar can adjust them to shoot anyway you like. They can also tell you what rib is on the gun. Ribs are interchangable and not that expensive. Just a thought if you can't get what you need out of the gun. Good Luck! Bobk
