I am looking to buy a youth caliber rifle for my daughter. I am against synthetic stock due to recoil. If it is a make/model which I can buy a wood stock for, I may still be interested. Please PM me if you have something you would consider parting with.

My experience is that subjective recoil is lower with Synthetic stocks as they have a bit of flex under recoil. Adding one of the newer high tech recoil pads also helps. Add some shot in the butt if you think you need more weight.
