Am looking for a good deal on a used semi-automatic 12 guage to serve as a dual purpose gun for trap shooting and pheasant hunting. My neck just does not handle the repeated pounding I am getting while shooting my 870 so am looking for something more soft shooting. Both the Beretta 391 and the SX3 appeal to me. I like the wood in the Beretta and like the dura coat in the Winchester.

Anybody have something along these lines they are looking to get rid of or places where I should look?

A Browning Gold Sporting Clays with a 28 or 30 inch barrel just might work for you. It is a great gun and you can usually pick a good one for about $550 to $650. And they are pretty soft shooting guns. The X3 uses the same gas system as the Gold. FWIW. jm

I have a 391 Urika 2 sporting, synthetic stock for sale. It has the built in Beretta recoil system. I bought it from the Beretta dealer in November, shot it one time about 100 rounds. Look it up on Beretta’s web site part number J39TJ10. It comes with all the chokes and a plastic case. 99% $1050.00

Here is a link to the gun on the web site. https://www.berettausa.com/e2wItemMain.aspx?parentID=IT00006471&parentLink=2100000084:3100001360:3100001381

I have a Beretta AL391 Urika II in 99.99 condition with less than 1000 rounds shot through. Chokes, cans and goodies. I just bought it new and unshot in December 08. $750 plus shipping to your FFL.
