Pheasants galore (Robb) informed me that my K80 was to old to accept a titanium trigger. I checked with Krieghoff International this morning and they confirmed his statement. It is possible to modify my K80 to accept the trigger, but not without extensive and expensive modifications. My sincere thanks to Robb for his information

Even with the so called shooting experts . That annoy the heck out of me. It is refreshing to have people , that are real experts , willing to help with information. My hat is off to both you guys. Trapshooters is the best trapshooting information site, on the web.

Thanks for the info. Something for me to keep in mind if I ever buy another K80 and want the titanium or extended LOP trigger

It was not considered for the weight reduction, but for the increase in the width and feel of the trigger shoe. A friend of mine had one on his K80 that I shot and liked the feel of it
