For the money, take a look at a Stiller Action. By the time you get done working over a 700 for a rebarrel job (depending on how accurate you want it to be) plus the action cost, the Stiller is a bargain for what you get.
Take a look at the 6MMBR.com site. They list all the top rated actions available. I am going thru the same scenario myself. The cost of buying & blueprinting a 700 action is just about the same as a new Pierce, Barnard, Pierce, Lawton, or Borden action.
