My BIL bought a regular LT-20 and got a youth stock for it from Remington. When the kid grew he changed the stock and sold the youth stock easily to someone else.

I would do that if needed.

I happen to have a synthetic youth stock for an LT20 as I did exactly what HM is talking about and now that the 'youth' is full size I really don't need it. So if you happen to get an LT and you need a stock, I can make you a deal. (maybe not in time for XMAS).

By the way, you are making a great choice with the LT20. I bought the one I have now for my daughter and I kind of took it back for myself as it is a wonderful upland gun.
