I don't think such a thing exists.
Rem-Choke were introduced in 1986. By 1987, the 1100 was discontinued, and the 1187 took its place.
I've owned a couple 28" LH Rem-Choke 1100 barrels, and they are rare as hen's teeth (by far the rarest LH 1100 barrel, unless a 30" rem-choke does actually exist). The last one I sold went for over $300 on gunbroker (and that was for JUST a barrel, not a complete gun).
