I have a couple of new 391 forearms, but they do not have the metal insert. I do have the rivet to assemble your metal onto the new wood. I'd take $45 shipped with the rivet. If you'd be interested, I can get you some pics.

I have a wood 391 forearm with metal insert. It does not say Optima but it works on my doubles gun that does say Optima. Price $75.
