Tom, go to wwwMecreloaders.com and find out what they are selling for new and what each loader does. If your not a high volume shooter (sounds like your not) a 600 jr. or a sizemaster is the way to go. You can still make 6-8 boxes a hour. I like the sizemaster as it resizes the brass better and with less effort, but the 600 jr will work well too. I'd take off 25% for a used loader in very good condition and take off more as the loader is older or missing parts. Next if possible you will want to reload the Rem. STS hulls or the Win. AA HS hulls pick just one of these. If you have to go out and buy l-5 cases new in your local store and get the 2 dollar a box discount that may still be going on. Don't try to reload metal base hulls for a tube set. You will want to stick to brass only. You will be hard pressed to find hulls on the ground for the two small guns so buying hulls on this site or buying new shells are your only choice to get hulls to load. Best of Luck in shooting the 28. It is my favorite ga. to shoot. Break-em all. Jeff

Tom, I have a single stage sizemaster 28 gauge press that is in good shape. It has the collet sizer on it. I've had it since the middle 1990's. Don't think I've loaded more than around 1000 shells with it. I started shooting skeet a couple of years ago and picked up several 28 gauge skket guns and I purchased a 9000G off trapshooter this winter so it's just been sitting. I'd take $150 for it plus shipping. I have the paper work for it also. Let me know if you are interested. Bill W. Cell 219-863-2801

That is a great buy on a sizemaster and all the press yopu will need if you plan on doing less then a cse of shells a month. I loaded 100,000 rounds on a sizemaster before I moved up to a progressive. That press is still turning out shells today for a friend. Here is the information on the last one that closed on e-bay. This press was in excellent shape. 212.00 total to the buyer. I think the man above is offering you a very fair deal.

Thanks for all the information as usual your input is invalueable for new shooters like my self. I decieded to buy new. I wished I would have been on trapshooter in the first 8 months I started shooting because I went through 4 shotguns not really knowing what I should have. If I would have been asking questions on this site I would have saved alot of money and frustration. wcw4269 I will have to pass thank you.

Thanks again for the help
Tom
