Hodgdon website data only shows 12 gauge loads for WST. I looked in Lyman also and don't see any 20G 7/8 loads for WST.

WST is NFG for loading 20 ga. shells. Its a 12 ga. powder. You may want to try and trade your keg of powder for a keg of 20 ga. powder though? Just a thought. break em all jeff

Nope. And I wouldn't even try to create a recipe and have it tested.

WST is faster than Green Dot, and Green Dot is maxed out at 3/4 ounce in the 20ga.

Trade it. It's a great pistol powder and some pistoleros might trade you Unique, WSF, Blue Dot, Universal, etc.
