Hello again,

I ran across an article on this Smith and Wesson Revolver. The article stated that it was the Worlds, most expensive modern day, Engraved Hand Gun with accessories. The article also stated that the value of this set was $225,000…

Since we're on the subject of revolvers, has anyone handled a Korth? How does it feel and shoot? Is the quality really waaaaay up there? john

If you consider the Luger a modern day gun I believe there is a .45 cal model, there was only one of these ever made, that was valued at $1M and that was several years ago.

Bridger: There were two 45's made for the US Army to try out. Last I heard one was in private hands, and worth over a million.

hi john i had a customer that collected korth's years ago. we recieved a couple of revolvers for him. really well made guns with a feel fit and finish unlike any handgun i have seen before or sence. great guns. doug hubbart

my dad left me a 45 that says singer on the side of it.I think it was his during ther war. It has a lot of blue wear and the holster is dry and brittle too. Far from ideal shape.
