So, after doing some organization of my new reloading bench, and retrieving all items into one area, I discovered a box of Winchester Western primers. These were acquired three years back when I bought an old MEC 600 20 gauge loader as part of a box lot for $40.

These look to be pretty vintage based on the type of packaging the logo and the numbering for the batch.

The question I have is can I use these in place of a current Winchester 209 primer, or would it be wise to locate some old load data in other early manuals?

Look forward to your feedback and thanks!

They are the same, winchester 209. Just older packaging, O have some here even older than those. Just use winchester 209 data.
Suspected they may be close, but wanted to hear what the "Voice of experience" came back with.

Every tray looks picture perfect which really surprised me for their age.

Thanks!

If they have been stored correctly (environment) they should be.
