Does anyone know what number trigger shoe number will fit a super x 1 and who could I get to lighten the trigger pull.

The charts don't differentiate between stage 1 or 3 triggers. Only lists SX-1.

Don't let a jack leg do it!
SX1 triggers are pretty complicated and in no way would I recommend less then 31/2-3 3/4 pull
