I am new to the forum so bare with me. I have a beautiful winchester model 50 trap shotgun that I am planning to sell or trade for a winchester model 50 skeet shotgun (12 ga). I have been looking for a skeet model 50 12 ga for some time now. While looking I came across This winchester model 50 trap that look so good I could not pass up, even though I have no intentions of shooting trap. I want the skeet model to dove hunt with. I love model 50's and have used them for dove hunting all my life. This trap gun has the high comb monte carlo stock which does not fit me for doves (shoots high, like designed to) I am interested in discussing with anyone who has a trade, or may want to purchase or even has some skeet wood they would like to part with. Please e-mail me and I can send pictures. It was manufactured in 1958, has beautiful wood, monte carlo stock, three diamonds on forend, 30 in full, winchester original round post rib with wavey lines on top, two beads with original red bead at muzzle in excellent condition and does not appear to have been fired a lot, it also has the correct original trap design floating chamber that deflects the shells downward as to not bombard your partners with flying empties!
