Don't know about Winchester SX4 but I shot a Winchester SX3 20 gauge a bunch on doves and upland. I used and abused it and it just kept on working. I never looked to see what the difference is. I went to a Benelli M2 20 gauge because it was lighter I hated the gun the safety is stuck up against the receiver and with my 70+ year old fingers I had a heck of a time with safety when I had gloves on. I put a bigger safety on it and I still had problems. Been shooting a Benelli SBE3 20 and 28 gauge great little guns. I'd get whatever one YOU like.
