When I contacted them they sent a letter, a 5 dollar coupon and a package to send the shell back to them. They would like to see it.

Loaded rounds are not Hazmat. They are ORM-D, ordinance related material. HMB

Just put the dang things in the mail ... obviously they are defective and will not go off or else you wouldn't be sending them off to Winchester.

you have to use ups and it cost about 8 dollars to ship them It needs a special ORM-D label I believe in a square marked on the side of the box. Winchester should pay the shipping or include a bill inside and ask for reimbursement.

I contacted Winchester via their website.

They sent me an e-mail asking me to call one of their representatives.

"Thank you for contacting Winchester Ammunition. Please call me on the 800-356-2666, ext. XXXX and I will be more than happy to help you out on this. Thank you and have a great day."

She sent UPS with a self-paid envelope.

Still waiting to hear back from them.

Don't send it US Postal Service.
