Which choke would you recommend for 16yd. and 24 yd. handicap shooting? We will be shooting #7 Winchester at 1325 fps.

We will be shooting at a club where steel shot is required so there is not a choice.

Is any gun with interchangeable chokes OK to shoot steel or are there some that are not?

Shoot a choke that is rated for steel, since you mention interchangeable. And in terms of constriction - why vary from sound advice - any choke as long as it's full?

I use Improved Modified alot with 3" Kent Faststeel Loads. That is my particular gun, Browning Gold Hunter.
