Dear curveyarcher, pray tell how would I know anything about this Buzz-Gun person. I've never had the pleasure of making his/her acquaintance, nor have I met you. Your post was most puzzling and I hope it wasn't made to hurt my delicate feelings. If so, it failed. Haha
I was not aware of Buzz being banned. I was hoping to get a bet going with him on the football games this year. Hopefully he'll be back in time for me to pick up a flat of nice new STS's! Or maybe I'll be buying for him.
Anybody else find it interesting that there have been 2 threads inquiring about the whereabouts of buzzy, and the first responder to both threads has been Tron. To both, Tron has posted that buzzy has been barred. Something is fishy. I think Tron and buzzy have conjured up this being “banned “ to explain buzzy’s absence.
What I heard is buzzy is splitting his time working undercover at an “Einstein Bros Bagels” in Fishers, Indiana, and at the “Qdoba” at the Naptown airport trying to organize those workers into joining the SEIU local.
You think a taco at the airport is expensive now, just wait.
Funny thing happened at the office today, Bisi...despite all my organizing attempts, all the ungrateful snots told me they're voting for Dan Coats, the RINO candidate!
It seems that since he voted for the ASSAULT WEAPON BAN his last time in Washington...AND the BRADY BILL...AND spent the past decade lobbying for Cap and Trade on behalf of foreign Ethanol companies (to open up new markets for their product here at the expense of Hoosier energy consumers)...they figure he must be _exactly_ the sort of trojan-horse socialist liberal Republican the progressives of Indiana have been seeking to install himself in D.C. and skullf*** the citizens of Indiana for the next 20, 30 years! (Dick Lugar's got nothing on this guy).
Votes for Gun Control EVERY time - check!
Lobbies for Cap and Trade - check!
Entertains Banking Fat Cats at his palatial estate - in North Carolina - check!
- so you can see he's the obvious choice to represent Indiana Republicans! That is, if he can pack up his carpet-bag and establish residency here for the Open Seat quick enough (but I hear he's using the same Executive Relocation Company that shuttled Hillary from Arkansas to New York - so that shouldn't be a problem).
Dangit, Bisi...I could see you clearly had me beat, trying to win the loyalty of these airport Taco-tossers. Try as I might, ol' Buzzy simply cannot compete with the resources and ground organization of the Hoosier RINO Coalition. I'll just have to send these kids your way instead - I think what you're offering is right up their alley! (You can thank me Nov. 5, when Dick Lugar has his new Hoosier RINO bosom-buddy to pal around with).
Ajax - sorry, no dice on OSU, man...I watched a practice in Columbus last weekend, and Terrell Pryor still ain't getting it done. They hung him up an old whitewall Michelin to throw the football through - and as usual, he'd run 10 steps sideways & windmill a pass that would break the top branches out of the tree. USF&G/Tostitos Bowl, here we come...
(But I'll still bet you a 12 pack of Hudepohl* that Tom Brady and Jeff Gordon adopt a baby together by the end of next year...guess what country they get it from, and I'll toss in some ice).
*subject to availability - some restrictions apply.
So that is why I haven't been on here in awhile because my best friend in grade school was called Buzzy Brandon he used to get all the good food during lunch and I would trade him a nice base ball glove or what ever to get them nice tasting Sloopy Joe's % Hamburgers back in the school days.
I wished there was a resturant that had all that was on my menu in grade school back in the 1970's ok some I didn't like but the ones I did can't be duplicated now day's.
I even asked for the sloppy Joe recipe once, Manwich don't even come close to the Almo Sloppy Joe's.
Bisi, no...I'm not going to vote for Ellsworth. But I sure ain't voting for RINO Dan Coats, either. People in Indiana will vote for a Babboon if he has an "R" next to his name. That's why we have Dick Lugar. No, my ballot will simply go into the machine with this race un-punched. I will leave the outcome to someone who actually gives a shXX, because I certainly don't. I figure that over the next 20,30...40 years, RINO Dan Coats (who voted for the Brady Bill and AW ban the last time he was on the public dole) is going to make a lot of votes that piXX me off. At least this way, I can say I didn't vote for the bastard. It ain't much...but it's something.
If you want to let someone put rat meat in front of you, and tell you it's Prime Rib...go ahead. Not me, anymore. The only thing worse than a Democrat majority, is a Republican majority that misbehaves and gives us a bad name (at least the Democrat majority has the silver-lining benefit that it makes people mad and keeps their anger focused where it belongs).
Ajax - I sent an email to Tressel with my secret plan: have Pryor pass the ball to *himself*. Just windmill it up and run down the field and grab it before anybody else can get it. He can't be any less likely to catch it than his receivers...
Buzzy, first off it is "NancyEllsworth" aka "BradPelosi" - it is all one word. They are the same. LOL
I didn't vote for Coats in the primary I went with Hosteller. I remember Dan Coats as being one of the most conservative senators in the nation when he was in office. The ACU (American Conservative Union) gives him a LIFETIME rating of 90%. Only person in Indiana over 91 percent is Mike Pence. If 2 people agree on all things 100% of the time, then one of em isn't necessary. Coats was my 2nd choice but he is far better than the $2 whore from the Bay area, the Democrap candidate.
I can see you skipping the senate vote though this November. I never voted for George W Bush, I always went with the Libertarian candidate for president. I did vote for McCain though, losing to Ojackass was just too big of a gamble to vote Libertarian in 08. We lost anyway and see the result?
Maybe if we take the house and senate this year we can at least de-fund Obammiecare, before it takes effect.
How is unionizing the taco flippers at the Naptown airport going? I love you buzzy, but I hope you fail on that one. If Qdoba goes then it will be on to the Fedex workers, right? I just got my Mom to purchase some of those Naptown airport bonds, and Fedex is one of entities that is guaranteeing the bond. .
I love our new airport...tell your mom thanks for the backing.
I went for Marlin Stutzman. But I could tell, just looking at that long ballot-list of names, that the conservative opposition would be too splintered to keep the carpet-bagging gun-banner out. He could see opportunity knockin' all the way from Carolina...an' he come a'runnin'. It's what conservatives always do...split our vote 5 ways, and the moderate ahole says "thanks" and just walks in (Like McCain did, when Huck/Romney parted the "Red Sea" and paved the way for him).
But - having a rich selection of candidates is not a bad sign, in a cultural sense. Yes, it's strategically self-defeating in the short term, if there's 6 of them in the same race and none of them want to get out early. But just you wait...I guarantee you, a couple, maybe not all, but at least one or two of these neanderthal tea baggers is going to make their way into Congress in a couple months - and will be stuck in the liberals' craw from that point on. Every election cycle, one or two more of the type of Congressmen who shout "you lie" make it in.
Over time, they will accumulate, and they make a difference, a little at a time. People are sick of this shXX, I tell you.
Well, it's off to 2nd shift at the Fedex terminal for me...we've been sticking "Coexist" stickers on the packages when nobody's looking. (We're Making a Difference).
