Where to get shot in New York?

I am not completely out yet, but I am going to need shot soon. I was on the BPI site, even with the Shot50 coupon code, they only have in stock the BAM shot, at almost $60 for 22 lbs. (shipped- plus taxes). That works out to approx. $5/ box in just lead (1 1/8 oz.). I also would prefer harder magnum shot. I called CAC, and while the price of shot is good, they wanted $25 per bag to ship to New York, they are a good 5-6 hour drive from me.

I don't have any local shops that carry reloading supplies, and I understand that it is costly to ship lead. Anyone know of any reasonable deals to be had.

Get two or three friends and make it a day trip. Nothing like a day trip with friends to recall past shoots and tell outrageous lies.

Ask around the clubs and start an order.
CAC, Geiser and Lawry will ship w targets.
I just had 1 ton shipped from CAC to MA.

You can order Lawrence from Recobs and for every 2 bags they will ship for $9 per bag each. Or just suck up the cost of shipping from CAC and get Heper for the same total price. The Heper is the best shot you are going to find anywhere. I will neither confirm nor deny if CAC charged me State tax on my shipment. But it ended up being cheaper than Lawrence from Recobs when it was all said and done.

You could get shot just about anywhere in New York.., or so I've heard.
It's funny, but the places you are most likely to get shot at are the places where you are not allowed to shoot back.

Hey, Make the drive to CAC and suck it up!!! Make a day out of it, and try to plan a route so you can hit a nice restaurant or two. To make the trip worth it!!! Maybe make it a overnight trip, and shoot at club you really like along the way, and treat yourself? Good Luck to Ya. break em all jeff
