Saw a used combo in a alloy case pretty cheap. Is it worth going back for second look or are they junk?

Huglu is a Turkish gun maker that makes shotguns for a few importers. Usually not competition guns.

My CZ712 automatic is made by Huglu. Hammer broke after 500 rounds. Action is noisy, poorly finished and it doesn't feed reliably. I would not buy another Huglu gun.

Entry level guns. Made in S/B s O/Us and Combos. Manufactured in Turkey. Some have had good luck with them (some haven't) Parts are not readily available. IMO , I'd pass.

Huglu, isn't that the poisonous fish the Japanese make into sushi?

That is Fugu, Japanese for puffer fish. The fish cleaner must really know his/her stuff to avoid cutting the poison glands.

Jason
Jason I knew that, just a little sarcasm.

Honestly though I have 3 of them. They don`t get used a lot but they do get used. Have never had a problem with any of them.
