Assuming you mean bushing number, according to a MEC bushing chart that shows Extra Lite, it has nearly the same density as Red Dot. Based on that, I would start with a #429 and go from there.
Nebs beat me to it. I came up with about a 425 but in reality, you will need a collection of bushings and a good scale to get the the final answer- safely..
In my APEX 3.2 Bushing #432 throws an average of 15.2625 grains, #435 throws an average of 15.433 gains. Going to use the #435.
