I am not one to switch chokes or any good at doubles. So, keeping that in mind, I use mod 1st and IM 2nd.

IM & F for the 3200. F&F for Model 12’s. No difference in breaks.
IC on the first shot and LT MOD on the second shot.

L.M. first with 1oz. of 8.5 shot at 1150fps
I.M. second shot 1.125oz of 8 shot at 1200fps.
Back in the day when I had quick reflexes and took the first bird really fast, I used a Cylinder (yup, Cyl) for the first shot and LM for the second. Now that I'm old and slow I settled on 15 and 25 as my chokes of choice. Averages have diminished but that is probably due to poor eyesight and subdued reaction time.

I believe past threads on here have pushed for making sure that first shot isn’t too open.

I’m .020/.030

M - IM
IC and Lt IM seem to work well for me.

I like the excitement and action of shooting doubles... but my experience is like my choke selection... M/F...
I like .020/.030 constrictions for doubles.
