and took my Grandson to the range for a little shooting. Before we moved to Florida I bought him a 'chipmunk 'first rifle and took him out to shoot. He's been itching to do it again.

He got a little intense shooting at styrofoam chipmunk targets. By the time we were done if I asked for a head shot he did it. He was able to put them where ever I asked him to. Good shooting for a seven year old on his birthday. Bulge.

Well its hard to tell in the pic's who is having more fun? You or Him? LOL. Congrats on a job well done!!!

Maybe you can rig something up so the target swings back and forth to give it some movement, to make it a bit more challenging in the near future. Just a thought. congrats again. break em all. Jeff

Nice. Good to see another generation get involved with the shooting sports and being taught properly.

An observation... Unless that scope has a huge amount of eye relief, he's probably only seeing the image as a shrunken circle. And the scope rings are so high that he has no cheek weld. Both are important for accuracy.

Brian, I had him move the scope closer or farther back to make sure he seen the difference in the picture he gets. He's doing very well, like I said what ever I asked him to shoot that is where he placed the bullet. Bulge.
PS: I think I will get one of those stick on foam cushions about a 1/4 inch thick for the face rest. That was a good suggestion.Thanks.
