There is a very popular thread on this message boas, "Breakpoint lead vs steel". Would it be possible that someone could collect and organize the thread into a coherent web page? If Trapshooters.com isn't interested, or if nobody else is trying this, I'd like to give it a go. My concern would be over stepping on the toes of people who have so diligently been contributing to this knowledge.

The lead/steel discussion needs attention for many reasons; cost, environment, utility, and so on. I'd think loading with steel would make cleanup easy, especially folks like me who OOPS often. On a same note, think of the market for magnetic shot catchers. Place them out in the sweet spots and collect shots one. An electro magnet could make that a very cost effective process,

I've never shot steel, ,but my interest is piqued by this thread - especially the information about energy and numbers of BBs.

Probably not exactly what you want - but you can click on "watch this thread". Whenever you want you can open your watched thread list and it'll be there for you.

I agree, I'd like to see a bit more on steel shot loading as well - particularly subgauges.

A little more 'demand' might result in more readily available components.
