-12 here in N Mi this morning, plenty cold enough!

Trap machines would have a tough time working in those temperatures. LOL

Had a -8 about 7:00 this morning about an hour southwest of Bloomington, IN. I have had -11 twice this year and 3-4 mornings a little below 0. I do not recall our temps being below 0 the past two winters. According to the phone, we are still at -5 at 8:56 ---- way too cold to suit me...

I can't imagine someone living there. In all honesty there are a lot of places in the US that I can't believe people live there. I can't stand the cold and anything under 70 is cold to me. My brother is working about 80 miles south of Bangor Maine managing crews that are putting up electrical towers and have been working in temps from 5 to 20 defrees. Less than 5 they don't work. That would have to be a life or death situation for me to be out in that kind of weather. LOL Jackie B.

Minus 96 degrees and you have to use an outhouse? Makes the term "Freezing your a** off" literal and not figurative.
