Never seen one like that. Reminds me of some of the Fiocchi or other European-market sporting wads.

Frankly it looks more like a piece of stemware you'd find at a Tiki Bar.

It's not a Red 8, the wad shown has a third cushion section. The Red 8, like the Figure 8 or Tgt12 only has 2 cushion sections.
