When I acquired my reloading materials

I was given a bag of wads that were in a different bag than they were from the factory.

they are noticeably larger than my 28 gauge wads. But I am unsure what type or gauge they are.

Is there a way to tell or should I just trash them?
I don’t own a caliper to take measurements.
I just have side by side pictures with my 28 gauge wad.

Measure across the end of each powder cup with a short steel steel ruler (or any ruller with fine graduations). A 28 ga wad should measure very close to ½" (.550"). A 20 ga wad should be right about 1/8" bigger or very close to 5/8" (.615").

If anyone that helped me sort through my other thread on the 28 recipes wants them, shoot me a message with an address and I’ll send them to you.
