And now there is a move to cut military pay. If any military pay cut were tied to a congressional and administration pay cut at the same percentage, this would never happen and shouldn't happen now. There is a lot of logic in the statement that a man in a helmet defending a football should not be paid more than a man in a helmet defending his country. How many in Washington would trade places and pay for an American on the battlefield? ed

One slight correction - In Africa, unlike America, AIDS is not a disease mainly affecting homosexuals. It mainly affects heterosexuals.

Please don't take that as a sign of support for Obama. Just presenting a fact. I do agree that it's stupid to send money to other countries while cutting salary and benefits to our military personnel.
