A British SAS sharpshooter used a Barrett .50 caliber rifle to take out a notorious ISIS executioner who preferred to use a flamethrower to burn his victims to death. The executioner was about to burn some victims when the sniper shot his fuel tank, immolating the executioner and two assistants.
