Twisted Sister is a name used by Kolar. It seems to me that "Offset" is used instead of "Cast Off" and I think the top of the comb is more parallel to the rib instead of bent at an angle like cast off. The link above shows 6 RH and 6 LH stocks for the new Kolar T/S mid single.

Cast off has little to do with the name Twisted Sister but it,s the toe out that makes it a Twisted Sister

They also make a similar stock called all american or new american for the k-80 that are just like Kolars twisted sister and they have aprox 1/4" true offset as they are but you can add an adj comb for more and they have toe out but not sure how much. I'd need to go & measure.
I know it's hard to get more than 1/4" true offset without the draw bolt & draw bolt hole becoming an issue.
At least thats what I went threw getting one a couple years ago.

Harry Lawson Co. in Tucson started the whole "twisted" stock thing decades ago with thier "Cochise Thumbhole". It's the best handling offhabd shooting rifle stock ever devised,IMHO...I've got 5 of them on a variety of rifles.
