OK Do to a new child and wifes new schedule. Have not been shooting much at all. Have had some free time. Been loading stripper clips, cleaning guns, selling un used items, then I found it! digital trigger pull scale. I turned it on, batter is good. Now for years I did not see much difference in trigger pull or gave it much thought especially with shotgun shooting. OK here it is.
My MAK 90 4.5lbs my AR 4lbs My browning gold 3.9lbs UltraXT 4.3lbs my S&W 4013tsw-DASA first pull 6lbs 2nd pull 3.8lbs. 870 4.7 lbs I was a bit shocked that all except 1st pull on hand gun where under 5lbs. Now creep/travel/slop are a different story. The AR by far has the most travel or take up before it goes. they all break crisp. The 870 is a bit gritty more to age and heavy use.
