Go to the OP in the thread you want to delete and click on the vertical 3 dots in the upper right corner of the post and hit "report." Whatever you type in the field will go to the moderators.

Only a Moderator can delete a thread. The best you can do is delete your post(s) and just leave a . (period) as there has to be something in the post.
