Hey, I am looking for some new ideas for trap shooting trophies. Something that will actually be admired but not to expensive. Any ideas?

Club Trophy (like Stanley Cup kept at the club) adds your name for that year’s event(s) Visa or Mastercard gift card or cash for $ amount so you can buy ammo or whatever you need/want with the $. I’m downsizing so I sent my trophies to a trophy recycler then threw the rest of the dust collection in the trash! I kept a couple buckles.

I have seen some of these at shoots. Looks nice and not too expensive.

I ordered these for our next shoot. They look like they would provide some nice memories . Thanks

Punch cards for free practice rounds at the club.
I'm doing that for my next league shoot. Thanks
1oz silver coins or silver rounds
I have done that and they go over pretty well. thanks
Leather goods, knives etc. are always a good idea. Some like belt buckles. Whatever the prize , I prefer useful items. I'm not a "money" shooter and money( though I never have enough it seems) is not TROPHY. Nothing like asking what you won at a shoot and saying "Yea, I got a few bucks and went out to a restaurant and spent it. Today the added money is all but gone and the only money you see is in the form of options which i don't play because ,at ant BIG shoot it's probably a sucker bet that will go in some big dog's pocket. Any real "MONEY" left trapshooting YEARS AGO ,and to me something I can look at for winning is nice to have. Those things will bring back memories for some time to come. A few bucks will be spent and forgotten.
I agree with you completely. I like keepsakes to remind me of shoots. Hell at one backer tournament the prize was back scratchers. That was disappointing> HA Ha

I have gotten some weird prizes over the years. I think the biggest trophy fail might be at a shoot I was at many years ago. The Women's prize was a mechanical dust sweeper. I do not think the ladies were impressed ! :)
Definitely the trend is for cheaper trophies. Higher event fees and junk awards.

If you want gold coins and sterling silver - well, fork over $70+ for 100 targets -or find a generous benefactor like that couple in Vernal Utah that donate 30 gold coins every year to the Western Grand. ((((even though they are won by the same handful of shooters every year)))))

Come on, you millionaire out there. You can’t take it with you... . START DONATING
A shooter at Delta last month ... his name was Dudley something (I forget) wrote us a $1000 check to pay his several hundred dollar event cost. Told us to use the money for upgraded trophies for our Annual Labor Day Shoot... and we will!!!

I have made a lot of trophies for different events across the country not just shooting. You can’t go wrong with laser cut trophies.
