Our law enforcement department purchased several and they were the Cuddeback's, but we were not that thrilled with them.
Cuddeback was supposed to have "cut LE a deal," but what we got was a semi used demo, and it didn't work with a crap, actually we thought we were stupid for not getting it to work, but later learned it was DOS. We sent it back and had to wait quite a while to get a new replacement. We then bought others, but ended up paying more than what we originally thought they were charging for LE purposes. Kinda soured us after filling out all the prerequisite LE paperwork, verifications, etc. We later learned also that one of our officers could simply order them cheaper through a dealer who passed on to LE deals.
We went to the Bushnell's, and have been thoroughly pleased with them. We got the color playback versions, but those were over-kill. They are smaller than the C/B's and much easier to mount and conceal for covert operations.
