Club fundraising events held at LACC August 21. Game disciplines start at 2 o'clock. 50 bird draw with added monies. Sign up closes at 4 o'clock. B&G Discount Store will be the sponsor for the event.
For the first time ever on the SWM club fundraising circuit the LACC exciting '25 bird-Selfie event' will be in the Saturday program. Also with added monies. 2 shots at 1 target. Open to semiautos, pumps, O/U and side by sides only. Yardage will be decided by shooters in event.
Food (panfish fry) & refreshments available.
History of a gentleman shooter, the late Bob (Doc) Gowen. No one disliked Doc. And when he showed up at a draw program event...entry shooters were hoping to draw Doc. Because he knew how to break targets. Everyone understood and respected him as a gentleman of the disciplines he shot. I was fortunate to draw him in several club fundraising events. He could crush targets like no other. Thank you Doc Gowen.

The Schoolcraft AD, Chuck Fritts and myself. We are having a orientation meeting with parents the young guns wanting to participate 8/12 at LACC hdqtrs. Ponytail Mike, from the Vicksburg coaching staff, will be educating the ranks of the Scholastic rules. And what penalties prescribed to the offended.Thank you to all of the positive feed back we have been given. Kind of lifts the spirits of free Americans.
